My journey began in the corporate world, where I spent over 13 years with organizations such as Vodafone, Reliance Communications, Idea Cellular, HCL, Unitech Wireless, and Spice Group. Those years taught me how markets behave, how customers decide, how teams perform, and how business outcomes are created under pressure. When I moved into academics, I did not leave those lessons behind.
I brought them into the classroom, curriculum, mentoring, research, and institutional leadership.Today, as Dean Academic and Professor of Marketing at Jaipuria School of Business, Ghaziabad, my work focuses on building stronger academic systems, future-ready learners, capable faculty, and outcome-driven institutions.
My core belief is simple:Academic excellence must be designed, not assumed. For me, education is not only about delivering knowledge. It is about building capability, confidence, clarity, and professional readiness. Students need more than concepts; they need context, application, communication, and career direction.
My work is anchored around five areas: academic leadership and quality, branding and professional identity, employability and student success, research and faculty development, and AI-enabled future-ready learning.I describe myself as:Teacher by instinct. Researcher by training. Institution builder by experience. The phrase “Boardroom to Classroom” reflects my professional philosophy — bringing together industry relevance, academic rigor, human skills, and technology-enabled thinking to help institutions, faculty, and learners become future-ready.
